Our event planning services start with taking the time to understand what you really want. We will connect you with the right vendors, and together we will plan an event to remember.

Planning an event is only part of the process. Our staff will make sure that everything goes smoothly with your event. We know how to anticipate problems before they happen, leaving you free to enjoy your festivities.

Coordination Packages

If you are the couple who needs guidance throughout the planning process of your big day, or want to be hands on with our expertise, view our packages available as listed in description but not limited to. We can customize a package to suit your needs. All packages based on an 8 hour service for the Day of Event. Additional hours are billable at $100.00 each

Day Of Coordination

  • Creation and distribution of a Timeline for your event day, 
  • Two complimentary meetings, first initial meet to review your visions and a get to know each other and 2nd 3-4 weeks in advance of wedding to discuss last minute details and expectations
  • Correspondence with vendors to confirm details the week before the wedding and review of their timeline expectancy
  • Coordination and presence at the wedding rehearsal 
  • For Wedding Day an 8 hour service to include
  • Behind-the-scenes set up, cues and assistance in orchestrating your ceremony

  • Coordination and styling of ceremony and reception details: decor, centerpieces, welcome table, favors, menu cards, table numbers, escort cards, etc., Available to Bride and Groom during Day.
  • Coordination of reception set up and liaising with Caterer/Venue, DJ, MC, Photographer and all vendors
  • Assistance throughout the day to ensure the program runs smoothly and all your plans are carried out
  • One assistant 
  • Pay out of all gratuities and or final balances night of

Partial Planning

This service includes all of the above including hands on to couple 2 months prior to event for assist to last minute details or struggles.

Full Coordination

Full Coordination includes all of the above but from Conception to Completion. It is geared to the couple who need assistance with meeting vendors, finding the perfect venue, assisting with staying on task in budgets offering options to visions . We become your full planner. Event Design Options

This feature allows you to keep most of your Event Design plans in one place for $125.00 per service plus the cost of your selections. Please consult us. We will review all your options together.

Invitations, Custom Seating Charts, Escort Cards

We have some special connections to create your unique one of a kind invitations and all stationery. Customize Seating Charts to display at the entrance in place of the traditional Escort Cards, which we can also prepare for you. • Restroom basket assembly • Party planning and coordination for showers, the rehearsal dinner or the morning after brunch.

Wedding Favors

From Personalized Jam Jars, Candy Buffets to Ceremonial Fans we can assist you with obtaining creative gifts to thank your guest for sharing in your special day. Favor assembly

Out of Town Guest Management

Custom Quotes


We can assist with securing room blocks for your out of town guest. As well we offer Welcome Arrival Gift Bags Assembly and delivery featuring some of the essentials to make your guest feel at home. An Itinerary of the weekends events is also included to keep your guest in the know of planned details.

If your floral order is added to any coordination package, a discount will be considered in the total. Don't see the perfect fit here, please consult us for your specific needs.
